Steam-Keys bought from non-authorized resellers might be revoked by the publisher, in fact it already happend in the past. You can vouch for G2A and CDKeyhouse as much as you want, but fact is that G2A and CDkeyhouse are both non-authorized Steam-Key resellers. In my case i'm expecting a better port than GTAIV and even though all points to this being extremely likely, i'm not giving out my money until i see reviews that i can trust.

I now they usually work but do keep in mind it usually is in the game developer/valve's hands to revoke the keys if they see it fit, so no matter what you past experiences are, with each new game you take the same risk again and again. What you also need to know is that as common sense would suggest, buying games there instead of Steam doesn't give you much (if any) guarantee that the key will work, that the key won't be revoked at a later time and so on.
